The Proprietor

It all started as a hobby that grew into a business.
Bob Kennedy has been doing leather work for over ten years during
which time he has gained a lifetime of leather working experience
from his association with master leather craftsmen. Bob
Gratefully acknowledges the training and sage advice provided
predominantly by Karla Van Horne, supplemented by additional
leather carving and/or western floral design classes taken from
Jim Linnell, Paul Burnett, Carey Blanchard, Jeff Mosby, and Ron Ross.
In addition, Bob has patterned his Sheridan Style Carving after the
works of Chan Geer.

Through the years, Bob has amassed an impressive collection of
blue ribbons won at the Kentucky State Fair and at international
leather working competitions. In addition to blue ribbons,
he has won the Kentucky State Fair Best of Show ribbon three times
and in international competition, he has won Best of Category
ribbons twice.
